Where do my orders ship from?

All orders ship directly from our hub in Seoul, Korea, with tracking provided.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 2–4 business days and typically arrive within 7–14 business days in the US.

Will I be charged customs or duties?

No — all duties and import fees are included. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

What is your return policy?

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Beauty products cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons.

Can I change or cancel my order?

How do sizes work?

Korean sizing tends to run smaller than US sizing. Check the size chart on each product page; when in doubt, size up.
