🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery if items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Please contact us first at favenueglobal@gmail.com for a Return Authorization before sending anything back.
For returns due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind, size issues), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee, plus the original shipping cost if "free shipping" was applied to your order.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items will be replaced or fully refunded at our expense — just contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
For hygiene reasons, beauty products cannot be returned once opened. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
